What is mindfulness and what are it's advantages

Mindfulness is the key of success as we all know , but what is mindfulness and it's key to success?

Well the answer is straight but the fact is trickery, mindfulness is the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something.
Or
a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.

We all know about the world famous detective Sherlock Holmes
He has a great control on his mind. He is the best example of mindfulness

Sherlock has a great memory, which he uses as a source of living . In the show "Sherlock" he is a consulting detective(a job made by him) .He uses his deduction(deduction is way in which we found the cause of something, I'll discuss that later on).The power of deduction which he has is difficult to master but if someone is so determined then it is as simple for him as cutting a piece of cake
The power of deduction, the memory and the use of mind palace, all can be achived by Mindfulness.

Hence it's key is FOCUS
Focus on everything, and everything, from reading a book till pooping in the bathroom(that's ridiculous)

Once achieved it , it will help you to understand the way of living, makes your memory strong
